Seeing CADASIL in the Brain: Global and Regional MRI Markers of Disease Burden
Wednesday, May 27, 2026 6:00 PM Central Time (US & Canada)
Jeremy Bockholt is Associate Director of Neuroinformatics at TReNDS. He also leads the MRI research team for the CADASIL Consortium research study. His presentation will provide a guided tour of what CADASIL is doing in the brain, how MRI lets us see that burden, and why those pictures matter for people’s lives, research, and future trials. By placing White Matter Hyperintensities into a broader family of additional CADASIL imaging markers, this presentation aims to demonstrate how MRI markers are not just abstract scan findings. They are different windows into the same disease process, and together they may help us track severity, progression, and treatment effects.
