CADASIL Consortium October Webinar 2024

The CADASIL Consortium’s webinar on retinal imaging and its use to assess neurodegenerative diseases is now available on YouTube! In this session, Dr. Jessica Alber from the University of Rhode Island and Butler Hospital shares her research on using retinal imaging as a screening tool for early-stage Alzheimer’s disease. This technique, performed during a routine eye exam, offers a low-cost, minimally invasive way to detect disease before symptoms appear.

The CADASIL Consortium recently received a grant to incorporate retinal imaging into our study assessments, and Dr. Alber discusses how this technology can help advance CADASIL diagnosis and research.

Don’t miss this fascinating and important discussion!
