Who Can Enroll:
- Patients with CADASIL ages 18 and older
- Healthy adults ages 18 and older
What is involved:
- General health assessment and evaluation
- Laboratory tests
- An MRI of the brain
- An eye exam
- An optional skin biopsy
- An optional lumbar puncture
- Non-invasive tests of blood flow and tissue perfusion
- Cognitive testing
Compensation will be provided to study participants. All appointments take place at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
